Well if your late then I am super late in saying thank you so much for remembering me on my birthday. You are right I am slowing down and trying to sell some figurines. I did sell a few and of course they were the most sought after. But at least it thinned the collection a little bit. I have not tried to really sell anything in the past 2 months as I have been tired and I cant deal with people trying to low ball me on what I collected. I want to be reasonable of course in the pricing but I am not going to give it away.

I do get a bunny once in a while depending on just how much I wanted it. I thing I have 2 more pre-orders and then thats it. I have a fellow collector that is letting go of a few bunnies but dammm are they ever expensive. I want to be fair to them thus I am not low balling them so I can buy as many at a time as I would like.

I hope that you have been fine, I only peruse this site now and then. My last blog did not make it onto the readers choice regretfully. I like when they make it there. What have you been up to? Anything new and exciting in your collection or something that you are waiting for?

The only games I have digitally are the ones that don't have physical copies or the ones I didn't buy soon after launch date so I had to get them on Steam/GOG etc.
The other good thing about PS is you can buy used games. If you missed out on games on launch date there's a high chance you can still get it later for a good price. There are some exceptions though.

I don't really have a game that I dislike in my collection. By now I'm able to judge whether I'll like a game or not so I don't really make any bad decisions.
I usually watch launch trailers, try to play demos beforehand if possible and I skim through a bit of gameplay if I'm not totally convinced a game will be to my liking. Most of the time though I'm able to tell just by the cover and a few screenshots if I'm going to give certain games a chance.
Since I'm a collector I'd never think about selling my games even if they are worth a lot. The rarest and most expensive game in my collection is Haunting Ground for PS2 (PAL English version) which is still sealed.
I already played the game before and after a few years I found it on a local website for 12 euros or so.

Ooh yeah, there are lots of yummy goodies during winter Holiday season as well. Personally I always look forward to the Deluxe stuff like red and black caviar, smoked Italian ham, XXL smoked salmon with seasame seeds and other yummy meat products. I work out a lot so protein is always welcome LOL

It's natural for infections to go up during autumn, be it common cold, flu etc. since the rainy weather is the perfect condition for all those nasty bacteria/viruses. I don't think we need to worry about covid that much anymore since it's been weakened over the years.

Yep, that's another hurdle to overcome when learning languages, when speaking to a native speaker they'll not necessary use the form and sentence structure you learn in school. There's also a number of ways to say some things so it's possible you know how to say a certain sentence in long form but you won't understand the short form.
It's the same with Hungarian, we have so many ways to form a sentence and so many synonyms to use. Same with Japanese, I'll learn how to say a certain sentence and then a Japanese native speaker will say that in a couple of totally different words while the meaning stays the same XD That's why it's said you can learn a language better by being surrounded by native speakers.

I always thought Dutch was a hard language to learn just by hearing what it sounds like. I kinda associated it with German and my big sis showed me how tough German grammar is so... ^_^"
I'm the same with English, some rules I know but the rest I have no idea about like for example I know how to write and pronounce blood, room, door, cooperation but I have no idea why the double o-s in each word are pronounced differently...like why? XD

I was annoyed at the missing bit too but I didn't want to go through the trouble of sending stuff back, especially since it was ordered from Spain.
Even if I was skilled with painting garage kits I still wouldn't touch pre-painted scales XD

I never understood the appeal of bunny figures but each to their own I guess. I don't get how such super basic figures in boring poses can be so damn expensive. 15K should be more than enough for them.

The choice is up to the parent whether they want to homeschool or not. In some cases it's beneficial because of how fucked up some school systems have become.
Also, the way social media and smartphones influence kids nowadays I'm not even sure there is any social learning left to do anymore. Just go to any park or go past a school, all you see is youngsters (even as young as 1st grade) standing next to eachother glued to their smartphone screens browsing through 20-30 second shit-toks. There's not much social learning going on there unfortunately.
You might as well homeschool and take your kid to playhouses, basketball courts, playgrounds etc. where kids are doing actual playing and socializing.

Yes, we've seen both seasons of Vinland Saga and so far it's definitely in my top 20. Sure the 2nd season is much slower but I was prepared as I've seen a lot of people refer to it as Farmland Saga XD but boy, when the shit hits the fan it really does, no punches are being pulled.
This show has another great example of a great character terrible person trope, namely Askeladd. Guy even has slighty more likes on Anime-Planet than Thorfinn LOL (I like Thorfinn too but his ultra pacifist persona is kinda boring)

I'm not a fan of ecchi myself (I mean I don't mind it but I don't actively seek it) but Prison School has so many hilarious parts that it's a waste to pass it up XD
My husband tried to watch more episodes of Death Note but something didn't really click for him. I assume even if he did got through the 1st half he would've dropped the series post L.
I think if Monster was made today the series would've been shorter or maybe split into multiple seasons/parts. I wouldn't watch it again but it was pretty good overall.
We've watched 3 seasons of Overlord :3 We've yet to watch the 4th but eventually we will get to it since it's a good series. That being said I generally don't like the isekai genre. Konosuba left a bad taste in my mouth...we struggled through it somehow but damn it was boring and unfunny. I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion since so many people love it.

IMO Kimetsu no Yaiba is a solid anime with and endearing main cast. We watched the 1st season and yet to watch more since there's an animated movie which takes place between the 1st and 2nd seasons and we want to watch it together with my cousin but didn't find the time for it yet ^_^"
I heard the series gets better though so that's really good because some anime really fall off after the 1st season.

I'm pretty much satisfied with having only Tamaki and Kyouya nendos and they're enough to represent the series in my collection.
Damn, those are some really small figures of the twins XD Well it's up to how big of a fan you are of OHSHC. Will you be able to resist the temptation if nendos are made of the 4 remaining guys :D

Indeed, putting fanservice where it doesn't belong is weird but if the show is really good I usually turn a blind eye.
Ooh, Black Lagoon is a good one. Revy is one of the few female characters I really like. It makes sense for her to wear less clothing because just look at MMA fighters, they wear absolute minimal clothing because there is less fabric to grab onto during a fight. It's logical for her to wear that.

Yakuza is definitely not a series for everyone. I think people who watched anime before can get into it more easily. I haven't played 0 and 6 yet, I've only played through 1-5. I like Majima too but my favorites are Kiryu and Akiyama (he first appears in Yakuza 4)

I'd like it more if the Guitar Hero games had less oldies songs. They should've included more songs from 1995-2010.
At least there a few songs from my favorite bands such as SlipKnoT, Rammstein, System of a Down and Avenged Sevenfold.

Al een tijdje niet meer gehiked, maar vorig jaar was ik wel in mijn vakantie naar de Posbank geweest ivm de paarse heide. Maar wil nog weleens naar de Oostvaardersplassen en meer in de Veluwe. De hiking pics in je blog zien er wel tof uit! Finland leent zich daar vast ook heel goed voor.

Dat merk ik nu ook nu ik een paar tattoo artists ben gaan volgen idd! Weer wat geleerd. Maar wel jammer dat het nu niet meer bij je favo artist kan natuurlijk. :(

Ze gaan eerst de middelen verzamelen om naar Vinland te kunnen, maar de komende arc is sws avontuurlijker dan de vorige ondanks dat ze nog niet daadwerkelijk gaan. :) Ze reizen wel rond zeg maar.
