I got my with broken fingers shipped from AmiAmi and this made me very sick. So i've contact the support of Solaris Japan and wrote them my bad experience and required them to try by them, but with the requirement to give me a guarantee to pad it with some protection things while open the box of the figure with my permit of course. And they wrote me back that they can do this. But nevertheless i am a bit afraid about to try it for second time.

Surprisingly mine arrived mostly fine apart from a shiny spot on her hair due to rubbing.
I've uploaded some photos and I'm really impressed by the eyes they look stunning. Everything else however looks like a pile of dog shit.
The sculpt is pretty nice but whatever manufacturing process they've used has completely ruined that good work. I hope FOTS learns from this and improves their processes and thinks of a better packaging method.
I won't be buying from FOTS again until they improve.

ryun84 (28 d. temu) #34703691WARNING: Long rant.
So I finally got her in the mail. It's a good thing I set my expectations to rock-bottom because even before I opened the package I could hear her sliding around all over the place inside. And once I opened the box, my suspicions were confirmed and I saw the ring and pinky fingers from her left hand had broken off. Luckily I found them stuck in the (useless) inner packaging. There was paint transfer on the inside of the white front cover of the box because she was sliding around and basically rubbing paint everywhere. Not that it really matters since the paint job was mediocre at best. Her hair especially looked like an afterthought. I repackaged her using the outer bubble wrap and made better use of the foam backing and double wrapped her so she wouldn't move inside the box. Put her broken fingers in a tiny plastic baggie and stapled that to the inside of the box. Resealed everything up and will revisit her another time. I plan to reattach her fingers and possibly repaint her to my liking. I'll probably fill the seams and gaps too while I'm at it. Such a shame. I really wanted to like this figure. Beautiful concept. Now it's the lowest rated figure I have in my collection... Whoever was responsible for the packing decisions of this figure should be fired. Hope FOTS doesn't screw up my catgirl ITEM #674815 that I preordered too. If they do, I'll have to fly over there and break some real fingers.

I feel ya.

Enola (27 d. temu) #34775242I think you just losed one customer FOTS...never seen a so bad figure, sad, because i was really exciting about this one. And the packaging...

Same here. They have some cute and desirable concepts, but a company that's ok with sending out items of such embarrassing quality to their customers for these prices isn't a company I want to risk patronizing.

Not happy about it.
