In Tokyo Midi City, a place where those who command music controls everything and where its inhabitants called Mumons form bands to play music and compete with other bands to be on top. One of the inhabitants of the city named Cyan, a white cat girl, dreams on becoming a musician one day and create the best music band in the city. One day, she is invited by a strange corporation president to create a band called Plasmagica alongside other Mumon girls: ChuChu, Retoree and Moa. Together, they all tackle and perform together in the music scene as they aim to be the best music band of all Midi City.
