One of my World of Warcraft figures has a slight lean which makes him fall over all the time. I used to stick Blu tack on his feet but even that wouldn't hold him so now I've resorted to propping him up against some mini plushies T^T

Fixed my leaner! However Im concerned about the fact I've "modified" it. D:

My only figure that can't stand on his own and doesn't have a stand is my EC Action Figure Loki by Hasbro. I simply put him to the side of my shelf, so he won't fall (his spear and cape supporting him perfectly, it almost looks like he's standing on his own legs). For this picture I used blu-tack though and it worked.

Thanks for the advice guys. So far I've seen plenty of "Lean leaners on something else to lean on" - seems like a leanfest but let the leaners unite!
AH yes paint transfer... I need to be very wary of that especially during the Australian summer heat.
I don't think Sasuke has much time left until he officially falls beyond his current 'fallen' state both as a figure and a character.

for ones with no base that can't stand I normally sit them in the lap of one of my dolls picture/569760&... or lean them against another figure picture/569758&... like the little Marisa that's standing on the base by the star. Though for leaning one against another you have to be careful to put them in a way that avoids possible paint transfer or marks being left behind. I would personally avoid blue tack but for me it's not even an option since my shelf is glass.

Leaning has been covered very well in some other blog posts and forum discussions (there's even a club!), but if you get one that's a really bad leaner there is only so much you can do before it turns into watching them die slowly.

With my figures that have the same problem, I just place them at the side of my detolf, so they can "lean" against the glass...Here is an example, Gloomy bear can't sit by myself: PICTURE #594865

Not the very best thting to do, but better than letting them fall over or gluiing them I think! ^^'
