    Wow, that's terrible. I'm so sorry to hear that Miku was missing. I really hope you're able to get her back or at least get some kind of refund. I wish the best of luck for you! ):

    Its kind of hard to trust people working at the post office these days, but I hope your problem can get resolved.

    TomTheCat5 l. temu#2563676So you did pay customs fees not only for what you got but also for the missing item? That's really cool. I sure do hope you get them guys by their asses.
    I once had the box of a Native figure not opened, but RIPPED OPEN during the customs inspection. Although the inner blister remained unopened, the figure is now utterly worthless. But, of course, I was charged fees on the collector's price of an A/B figure...

    Italian customs are the worst, I think. I'm an anxious person and this situation is driving me crazy. I know that sometimes they can open your package and I can stand it but missing one of the items is unacceptable. I'm going to kill somebody grr ;^^;

    Shaolan-kun5 l. temu#2563409Oh my gosh, that's terrible to hear! I'm so sorry this happened.
    I've never had my packages opened by customs, just had to pay the tax on the ones with a value over a certain threshold (€22, I think). I'm honestly at a loss, I wouldn't know what to do in such a situation. Was the shipping box large enough/had enough room to accomodate both nendos? If Amiami correctly packed both, a large void in their shipping paper should be quite obvious ^_^; In this case you should take all evidence you have and file a complaint with the post office, together with a police report for theft.
    Otherwise, is there any chance Amiami made a mistake and only packed one of them?
    You had your package Registered, right? Costed way more than 6000 yen? How much do those nendos cost? (Sorry, I don't collect them).
    Anyway the 6000 yen is the max amount the post would refund in case of damage/theft/loss. In your case, assuming all else fails, you ought to be refunded the cost of the missing figure only. Is it more or less than 6k by itself?
    Please let us know how this sorts out. I hope you will receive your missing item, or at least get a refund for it. Good luck.

    EDIT: I just checked the items' pages, it's all clear now. Your Sakura Miku was seized for excessive cuteness, it's illegal here -_^

    Yes, the shipping box was big enough and there was a lot of paper in order to avoid damage. If you buy just one nendo, they pack the box like this: picture/1139449...
    I already took pictures of the package and its inner part, I already reported this to the police! The nendo were 2680 JPY and 5580 jpy (the stolen/disappeared one). I will inform everybody if the nendoroid would be found or if I get a refund.
    Anyway, thanks everybody for the support.

    mei-tsuyu5 l. temu#2563334In ogni caso la spedizione che avevo scelto ha l'assicurazione(?) su un totale maggiore di 6000 yen e io lo supero di gran lunga XD

    mei-tsuyu5 l. temu#2563334A me li hanno aperti molto spesso (di solito quando ordino più di due action figures), a volte li hanno richiusi bene con lo scotch e a volte invece no. Di recente ho fatto spedire anche io con EMS, spero non ci siano problemi! Pensavo ci fossero altri post che spiegavano il mio stesso problema (sono così agitata che nemmeno ho controllato) e invece a molti non è mai successo. In ogni caso la spedizione che avevo scelto ha l'assicurazione(?) su un totale maggiore di 6000 yen e io lo supero di gran lunga XD

    Andando a comprare action figures in questo modo ci possoo essere molti pericoli, per vari motivi, e leggo spesso su internet per cercare di evitare di incapparci, per come posso, o comunque anche solo per informativa.

    Per quello che riguarda le dogane so che aprono un tot di pacchi prendendoli come fetta campione, anche se poi in quei pacchi aperti solitamente applicano anche l'iva del 22% (sempre tanti soldi).

    Io ho sempre ordinato tramite EMS, più cara ma assicurata, tracciabile e soprattutto veloce, e da che ho potuto vedere non ho mai avuto pacchi "manomessi" o con cose mancanti, quindi mi fa strano leggere di questo tuo problema, anche perchè non me lo so ben spiegare il perchè sia successo, ma soprattutto solo una volta ho avuto il tasso doganale applicato, e solitamente in 6 giorni mi arriva il pacco dal Giappone con tanto di pacco chiuso e niente dazi in più (sarà perchè faccio scrivere GIFT sul pacco, anche se si dice che ormai come metodo non funziona più).

    Kyunaruto5 l. temu#2563305Fortunatamente non mi hanno mai aperto pacchi alla dogana, conoscendo come nel nostro paese vengono gestite poste ed affini, anche perchè forse è complice il fatto che mi faccio spedire solo tramite EMS.... anche se però da giorno 13 Dicembre ho anche io un pacco spedito dal Giappone che ancora non risulta neanche arrivato in Italia, perciò mi puzza di perdita, anche se ovviamente spero che sia solo un accumulo per via delle festività più causa di inefficienza delle poste stesse.
    In tal caso avrei aperto anche io un thread del genere, anche se differente in quanto non ho proprio il pacco, a differenza tua. XD
    Comunque spero che risolvi al più presto.

    Shirokage5 l. temu#2563200You still have the original shipping box with the customs and shipping labels, right? Retain that and all the packing materials. They can be used as supporting evidence that something is missing from the package since you can show them there is difference in the initial shipping weight (from the shipping label) and the final weight that you received when you report this. Of course, if they try to accuse you of taking that item and trying to blame the post... well, that'll be whole different beast entirely. Does the Italian customs get that bad if they're trying to shift the blame? (I have no idea. Please let the answer be no. OTL)
    But yeah, as Moro and electricman83690 have said, be persistent. Be the pain in their metaphorical behind until they give you an adequate answer. Good luck~!
    (I'll admit I've actually gotten paranoid enough recently to start filming the unboxing of my packages. Something possibly missing from my packages is nightmare that's plaguing me. It's mostly paranoia, since I've actually never had anything missing from any of my packages. >_> But a small tripod is only a few dollars, and it's better to be safe than sorry... Maybe more people should be doing this if this kinda thing happens.)

    Yes, I have all of the shipping stuff. I don't know how the Italian post will react to this! I hope that somebody working in the customs just forgot to put the nendoroid in the original package and not that somebody stole it ;_;
